I create keto-friendly ingredients, snacks, treats and meals to help you on your keto journey!
A little about me… I have been working in the food service industry off and on for the majority of my life. I was first introduced to restaurant work when I was 13 years old at my local pizza joint with my sister and I’ve been hooked ever since!
Throughout the years I have served tables, tended bar, cooked, managed, catered events, developed menus … you name it I have done anything and everything there is to do in the food service industry. My experience, combined with my knowledge and love of cooking, has led me to where I am today…”kreating” keto foods for anyone following this lifestyle.
I have been off and on the low-carb/keto lifestyle for quite some time. When Adkins was the big thing I of course got on that bandwagon and had great success. But like many of us, I lost the weight and went back to my old habits. Years later this new fad called ‘keto’ emerged. Turns out, it’s not a fad… This is a lifestyle. But for many people out there, sticking to it can be challenging simply because of the time it takes to prep meals and come up with a variety of choices.
Preparing everything you need for the week in order to stay on plan can be overwhelming and extremely time consuming. That’s where I come in! With over 20 years experience preparing delicious meals I can prep and have everything ready for you for the week to make it easy on you so that you’re not a prisoner of your own kitchen and you stay on your keto journey.

Following a low-carb diet can be challenging. There are many ways to make it easier. Stay on track on your keto eating plan with my delicious “kreations.”
The keto diet is essentially a high-fat diet — your meals are 70 or 80% fat; about 20% protein; and about 5% carbohydrate. It is not a high-protein diet. The keto diet switches you from burning glucose (which carbs provide) to burning ketones (which fat produces) for energy.

- Juices
- Honey, syrup or sugar in any form
- Chips and crackers
- Baked goods including gluten-free baked goods
